Job Description

You will be responsible for handling client queries and following up with them. Additionally, you will maintain records and assist in sales reporting. You will also be required to liaise with internal teams such as logistics, accounts, and warehouse. Moreover, you will support in offers, promos, and trade activations. Key Responsibilities: - Handling client queries and follow-ups - Maintaining records and assisting in sales reporting - Liaising with internal teams (logistics, accounts, warehouse) - Supporting in offers, promos, and trade activations Qualifications Required: - MBA in Sales/Marketing - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer coordination (modern trade experience preferred) - Good communication skills - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems - Fluent in English and Hindi Please note that this is a full-time position with day shift schedule and the work location is in person.,
