Job Description: As a Sales Executive / Counter Sales Staff at Gat'Oh, a French patisserie based in South Mumbai, your role will involve assisting customers with their purchases, providing product information, and managing the sales counter. Your daily tasks will include handling transactions and billing, maintaining stock and inventory, ensuring the display and shop cleanliness, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Prior knowledge of French Pastry is not mandatory as on-site training will be provided. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a courteous manner. - Promote and upsell bakery items. - Manage billing, cash, and digital transactions accurately. - Maintain product display, freshness, and shop hygiene. - Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
