About the Role:
HSM High Company, a fast-growing clothing and lifestyle brand, is seeking a Sales Executive to drive offline sales and business development. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients (retailers, wholesalers, corporates) for clothing products.
• Visit markets, shops, and potential partners to pitch and sell products.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Collect market insights and competitor data for strategy improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (preferably in garments, textiles, or retail).
• Qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel for client visits.
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality.

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience).
