Job Description

As a Sales Executive (Closing Specialist) at our company, your role involves finalizing deals with high-net-worth individuals referred by B2B partners for Latvia's Residency by Investment (RBI) program. Your primary focus will be on converting warm leads into confirmed clients, ensuring a smooth sales process from initial consultation to signed agreement. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound leads from B2B partners promptly and professionally. - Conduct consultative sales calls to assess client eligibility, address concerns, and present investment options. - Close deals by guiding clients through the RBI process, explaining legal requirements, investment routes, and benefits. - Overcome objections and negotiate terms to secure commitments. - Work closely with referral partners to ensure a seamless handoff of leads. - Provide partners with regular updates on client progress and offer feedback on lead quality and conversion performance. - Ensure all due diligence checks are completed before closing deals. - Maintain accurate records in CRM for tracking conversions, revenue, and pipeline. - Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and provide insights on conversion rates, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve sales efficiency. Qualifications & Skills: - 1-5 years of experience in high-ticket sales with a proven track record of closing deals. - Familiarity with residency/citizenship by investment (RCBI) programs is a strong plus. - Persuasive negotiator with strong objection-handling techniques. - Ability to explain complex legal/financial concepts in simple terms. - Fluent in English, additional languages like Russian, Arabic, or Chinese are a big advantage. - High emotional intelligence to build trust with HNW clients. - Self-motivated and target-driven, thriving in a commission-based role. - Adaptable to work across time zones if dealing with international clients.
