Responsibilities: - Plan, design, and implement daily email marketing campaigns. - Manage and segment email databases efficiently. - Develop engaging content and templates that align with our brand. - Track key performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and optimize campaigns based on findings. - Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations, including GDPR. - Collaborate with content and design teams to maintain consistent messaging. Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in email marketing. - Proficiency in using platforms like Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, or similar tools. - Strong copywriting skills and keen attention to detail. - Basic design skills, with knowledge of Canva, Figma, or HTML considered a plus. - Excellent organizational and reporting capabilities.
