Job Description

• Sale achievement - To achieve sale target as planned for the store. • Customer consultation - To provide consultation to customers – Product briefing, Home Visualization through Glimpse service, product sampling etc. • Contractor initiatives: Drive Active contractors initiative for contractors associated with JSW Paints iMAGN store. a. New contractors To map and onboard new contractors as Associated Contractors and ensure regular billing from new set. Contractor Safety checklist is adhered on site b. Active contractors To ensure regular joint site visit and follow-up with the Associated Contractors for achieving active qualification for contractors. Ensure timely completion of sites • Drive new and focus product initiatives as per requirements. • Provide monthly update of sales and initiatives to company.
