Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive Home Loan to join our team. The primary responsibility is to generate leads, acquire new customers, and facilitate end-to-end processing of home loan applications, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and meeting sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Identify and generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, builders, real estate agents, and other networking channels.
Meet potential home loan customers to understand their requirements and explain loan products.
Guide customers through the complete loan process including documentation, application, approval, and disbursement.
Build strong relationships with channel partners such as builders, property developers, and real estate agents.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of home loan products, interest rates, and market trends.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Ensure complete customer satisfaction by addressing queries, providing timely updates, and maintaining communication throughout the loan process.
Coordinate with internal departments like credit, operations, and legal for smooth processing and disbursement.
Keep accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools or internal software.

Preferred Candidate :

Any graduate
Must be ready to work in Sales Industry.
