Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Strategy Development

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve MES business targets.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across the

  pharma, biopharma, and life sciences

  domains.
• Conduct competitive market analysis to refine positioning and maximize market share for MES solutions.

2. Client Engagement & Solution Promotion

• Build and maintain strong relationships with

  production, quality, and IT leaders

  in manufacturing organizations.
• Conduct impactful presentations and demonstrations of MES and digital solutions, highlighting operational and regulatory benefits.
• Understand client workflows, compliance requirements, and challenges to propose tailored MES implementations.

3. Sales Process Management

• Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure, including qualification, proposals, negotiations, and contracts.
• Maintain accurate lead and opportunity data using CRM tools, ensuring transparency and forecasting accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, implementation, and support) for seamless delivery and customer success.

4. Market Intelligence & Product Feedback

• Stay informed on the latest trends in manufacturing digital transformation, MES, and related automation systems.
• Gather client and market feedback to support product enhancements and marketing initiatives.
• Provide actionable insights to management for refining business strategies and go-to-market plans.

5. Reporting & Performance

• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure long-term relationship building through proactive engagement.
