Java Development Manager

Role & responsibilities- Development Manager

• The person will be responsible for key role in the product architecting, design, development and Product Development Project Management.
• The person will be responsible for studying and analyzing the product functionality and features requirements, developing the most suitable, highly configurable, scalable and manageable product architecture and design.
• Person will also be recommending the future architecture for the entire suite of product.
• The person will select the right team for developing the product.
• This role requires the person to work closely with the clients at all stages of the products design and development, demonstrating the proof of concept and prototypes at all stages, taking customer sign offs and delivering a product which is highly suitable for the customer requirements, while also being very well architected and designed for flexibility, scalability, maintainability and salability.
• This role will also be responsible for developing and grooming the young architects and java developers.
• Provide Technical training.
• Provide regular feedback on product and process improvements.

Skill required:-

• Engineering Graduate/Post Graduate (preferably Comp Science),
• Must have 9+ years of experience
• Must have very strong fundamentals of software product architecting, design, development and implementations.
• Must be very strong in project management, team management, client management and the entire PDLC management.
• Strength in design documentation is a must.
• Must have Architected at least one software product
• Must have handled complete design/development of at least one product
• Expert on Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Angular and SQL
• Successful candidate must be a self-starter, able to work well without supervision. He/she must be delivery focused and deadline driven.
• Must be highly quality oriented software professional.
• Strong communication skills including handling customer interactions

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate who are ready to work initially from Bangalore and then open to relocate Hyderabad.
