Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at CBM Motors. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, and offering the best EV solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell electric two-wheelers and three-wheelers to prospective customers.
• Educate customers on the benefits, features, and cost-effectiveness of EVs.
• Conduct test drives and ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.
• Identify and follow up on sales leads and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
• Provide product demonstrations and answer customer queries effectively.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle deliveries.
• Coordinate with the service and delivery team to ensure timely handovers.
• Participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and showroom activities.
• Stay updated on the latest EV trends, models, and competitor offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of sales experience (automobile or retail sales preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and offer relevant solutions.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Passionate about electric vehicles and sustainable mobility.
• Two-wheeler license and willingness to travel locally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
