• Understanding of cattle feed products, animal nutrition, and livestock care

• Awareness of local farming practices and livestock management

• Ability to explain product benefits (e.g. feed efficiency, animal health improvement)

• Field sales experience in rural/agriculture sector

• Channel development and distributor/dealer management

• Target achievement and sales planning

• Negotiation and deal closure

• Market research and competitor analysis

• Strong verbal communication in local language(s) and Hindi/English

• Ability to build trust and rapport with farmers, dealers, and distributors

• Customer follow-up and after-sales support

• Route planning and rural area coverage

• Daily field visit reporting and CRM usage (if applicable)

• Lead generation and conversion
