Job Description: Sales Executive

Location: Chinar Park, Kolkata
Salary: ₹24,000 - ₹25,000 per month
Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build customer relationships, and a passion for sales. This role involves direct interaction with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions that drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions to understand their needs and provide appropriate product/service recommendations.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company products/services and provide accurate information to customers.
• Negotiation and Closing Sales: Handle negotiations, present offers, and close deals effectively.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Sales Reporting: Keep track of all sales activities and update the CRM system regularly.
• Market Research: Stay informed of market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to help improve sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-Oriented: Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Target-Driven: A proven track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.
• Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business or related fields is a plus.
• Languages: Fluent in Hindi and/or Bengali; English proficiency is a plus.
