Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Generate and follow up on leads through visits, calls, and networking.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Work closely with the Distributors, internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate in any discipline
Proven sales experience (FMCG / Food Ingredients / Industrial Products preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Fluency in local language of the region.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
