Responsibilities Identify and target potential B2B & B2C customers through proactive prospecting, lead generation & networking skills. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media. Setting up meetings with potential clients to prospect for new business. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve revenue targets. Conduct sales presentations to showcase the features, benefits & value of our products. Showcase exceptional sales service & support skills as a representative of the company towards customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions during and after the development stage of the product. Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to deal finalization, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. Provide quotations, negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales. Coordinate and follow up with internal teams continuously to check the progress of existing orders. Continually maintain and update accurate records of sales activities and sales opportunity pipelines. Stay updated with market trends & dynamics and competition awareness to effectively identify new opportunities. Must be willing to travel extensively, not just to develop relationships with prospective customers, but also to existing customers to gain repeat business, identify new opportunities and handle claims/ complaints. Participate and represent the company at trade exhibitions & other events.
