Job Description

SE/SSEThe Sales Executive at Bluestone is responsible for driving in-store and online sales by delivering exceptional customer service, promoting Bluestone’s premium jewelry collections, and achieving sales targets. The role involves building customer relationships, understanding client needs, and providing personalized jewelry solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and engage customers in-store, creating a welcoming and luxurious shopping experience.
  • Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewelry products (gold, diamond, gemstone, etc.).
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems and ensure proper documentation.
  • Maintain store presentation standards, including product displays and cleanliness.
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the team to manage inventory and stock replenishment.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and promotional campaigns.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.

Qualifications

  • Must be 12th pass
  • Freshers and experienced both may apply.
