Key Responsibilities
· Conduct area/geography mapping to identify potential customers, channel partners, and referral sources
· Generate leads through field visits, partner referrals, and local networks, and follow up to convert into sales.
· Clearly communicate product features and benefits via face‑to‑face presentations, tailored to customer needs
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners to drive repeat business and referrals.
· Ensure completion of loan documentation (KYC, application, eligibility checks), coordinating with internal operations teams.
· Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets; maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer database using CRM tools.
· Provide market feedback on competitor activity, customer preferences, and local market trends to inform strategy.
Freshers (0–1 year)
· Graduate in any discipline (Finance/Business/Marketing preferred)
· Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
· Willingness to travel extensively and work in field conditions
Experienced (1–5 years)
· Proven experience in field sales, preferably in Banking / NBFC / Corporate DSA / BFSI sectors
· Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
· Strong understanding of financial products, loan processes, and KYC norms
· Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office, plus ability to manage territory independently
