What You’ll Do

  • Reach out to potential corporate and institutional clients.
  • Promote GrowCline’s IT training programs and digital learning solutions.
  • Build strong relationships and understand client requirements.
  • Present program benefits clearly and confidently.
  • Maintain CRM data and manage follow-ups professionally.
  • Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6 months–2 years of B2B sales, telecalling, or EdTech sales experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and confident in client interactions
  • Basic understanding of IT training programs is an advantage
