Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
Identify and understand customer needs to recommend suitable products/services.
Deliver product presentations and demos to prospective clients.
Prepare and deliver appropriate sales pitches and proposals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain client records using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role (freshers can apply for entry-level).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
