Job Description

Role Overview:

B2B Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion:

    Take full ownership of leads after the proposal stage and drive them to closure.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Client Meetings:

    Attend physical meetings for high-value clients when necessary.
  • CRM Management:

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach, meetings, communication, and pipeline in

    Zoho CRM

    .
  • International Client Collaboration:

    Liaise with global clients, adapt sales strategies, and ensure seamless alignment with proposed solutions.
  • Follow-Ups & Communication:

    Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups with all prospects to nurture conversions.
  • Sales Support:

    Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Reporting:

    Contribute to weekly sales reports and participate in regular team reviews.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:

    Work closely with the

    Project Manager

    for smooth project onboarding and with the

    Finance Team

    for service contract execution and payment follow-ups.

Requirements:Professional Experience:

  • Candidate based in Mumbai (mandatory).
  • Minimum

    2 years of B2B sales or inside sales experience

    .
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and develop client trust.
  • Having a design background will be considered an added advantage.

Skills & Tools:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficient in using CRMs (preferably

    Zoho

    ), email platforms, and productivity tools.
  • Ability to conduct impactful virtual presentations and client demos.
