Role Responsibilities:
· Engage users via WhatsApp, app chat, and social media.
· Understand customer needs and convert conversations into sales.
· Build trust and assist users in completing transactions.
· Recommend services based on user behaviour and preferences.
· Maintain stellar customer experience with timely follow-ups.
· Share user feedback to improve offerings and strategy.
You’re a Great Fit If You:
· Have excellent written communication skills in Hindi (mandatory) and English.
· Bring 0–6 years of experience in chat-based sales or customer support.
· Are a fresher with strong communication skills and eagerness to learn—
· we welcome you! Can multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
· Are goal-driven and motivated by results.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹22,000.00 per month
