We're looking for a dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive/ Assistant Manager/ Manager to join our team in Gurgaon!
If you have a passion for sales and a knack for building relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
- Generate, manage existing leads and close deals for residential and commercial properties
- Manage site visits of clients at respective project sites across Gurgaon
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders through
- Regular follow ups calls and meetings leading to site visits and closures
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, project knowledge and competitor activity
- Maintain daily/ periodic tracker of activities and CRM
- Experience preferably from Real Estate/ BFSI/ Telecom/ FMCG sectors
- Strong communication (English and Hindi) and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Own vehicle (mandatory)
