Roles and Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through telecalling, email marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Convert generated leads into sales by effectively communicating product benefits and features.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions using persuasive selling techniques.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets set by management while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-5 years of experience in B2C sales or telemarketing industry.
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken English) with convincing power.
  • Strong negotiation skills for closing deals over phone calls.
