Roles and Responsibilities Generate leads through telecalling, email marketing, and social media platforms. Convert generated leads into sales by effectively communicating product benefits and features. Build strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals. Identify customer needs and provide solutions using persuasive selling techniques. Meet daily/weekly targets set by management while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Desired Candidate Profile 1-5 years of experience in B2C sales or telemarketing industry. Excellent communication skills (spoken English) with convincing power. Strong negotiation skills for closing deals over phone calls.
