Job Responsibilities:

• Handle sales operations for the assigned territory
• Appoint and manage distributors and retailers
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
• Visit market regularly to ensure product availability and visibility
• Execute promotional activities and schemes
• Collect market feedback and competitor information
• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers
• Maintain good relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers
• Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers with MBA (Marketing / Sales preferred) can apply
• Experienced candidates must have relevant sales experience (FMCG preferred)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Two-wheeler mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
