Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and expanding our distribution network. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the FMCG market and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
* Manage and maintain relationships with existing distributors and key accounts.
* Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives (if applicable).
* Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports.
* Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities.
* Ensure products are displayed effectively in retail outlets.
* Manage budgets and control expenses.
* Achieve sales targets and expand market share.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
* Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience in FMCG sales, with a minimum of \[Number] years of experience.
