Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities Actively reach out to potential students and parents to explain Affect Art’s courses and offerings. Convert trial class leads into paid enrollments through effective pitching and relationship building. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets by driving course enrollments and product sales. Maintain follow-ups with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Explain pricing plans, offers, and discounts clearly to prospective students. Build long-term relationships with students by offering guidance and support throughout their journey. Keep detailed records of calls, leads, and conversions using CRM tools. Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on campaigns and lead quality. Upsell and cross-sell other Affect Art programs, workshops, and premium art material. Key Skills & Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in explaining and pitching educational programs. Prior experience in sales, tele-calling, or EdTech sales (preferred but not mandatory). Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude. Ability to handle objections and build trust with clients. Basic knowledge of art/creative fields (added advantage, but not compulsory).
