Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Bokaro. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include meeting with potential clients, presenting insurance products, negotiating terms, and closing sales. The Sales Executive will also provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure
Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations is beneficial
Customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
Previous experience in the insurance industry or sales is a plus
