Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive (Ad Sales) located in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients for advertising opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, preparing sales presentations, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies. Daily tasks include conducting market research, attending meetings, negotiating contracts, and providing regular reports on sales activities.

Salary Structure:

Commission-based (High-earning potential)

Fuel/Petrol expenses covered by the company

Requirements:

1.Strong communication & negotiation skills

2.Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude

3.Basic understanding of digital media and advertising

4.Prior experience in sales (preferred, not mandatory)

5.Own two-wheeler (mandatory)
