Job Summary

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigning, online platforms, and market research.
Identify customer needs and promote suitable IT solutions and services.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Maintain records of calls, emails, and client interactions in CRM or trackers.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
Build strong relationships with customers and ensure good customer experience.
Coordinate with the presales and technical teams for customer requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduation in any discipline (IT preferred).
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge or interest in
IT sales
and enterprise software solutions.
Familiarity with email tools and CRM systems is a plus.
Experience in
ERP sales
is optional but preferred.
Willingness to learn, energetic attitude, and target-oriented mindset.
