Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive at SWARAN AUTOMOBILES, located in Guwahati. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with customers, promoting products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Additional tasks include preparing sales reports, conducting product presentations, and staying updated on industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
  • Experience in Training and mentoring team members to support skill and performance improvement
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the automobile industry, is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
