  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing and terms to secure contracts and close deals, working towards specific sales quotas and targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both existing and new customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Sales Strategy & Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and other teams to refine sales strategies and coordinate efforts to achieve company objectives.
  • Problem-Solving: Address customer complaints, provide solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience.
