Negotiate deals and close sales to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets. Coordinate with CRM and documentation teams for booking formalities, agreements, and customer support. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and real estate regulations. Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
