As an Inside Sales Executive, your mission is to engage with prospective clients, communicate the value of our services, and ensure exceptional client relationships — from initial contact through to resolution of concerns.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive who is passionate about selling, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. If you thrive in a fast-paced B2C environment and enjoy converting leads into long-term customers, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities

1.Handle B2C sales and drive high-quality interactions with potential customers.
2.Manage inbound and outbound sales calls professionally.
3.Execute effective client acquisition strategies to build a strong customer base.
4.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.5.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and follow-up pipelines.6.Contribute to revenue generation by meeting and exceeding monthly targets.
7.Conduct smooth negotiations and close deals with confidence.8.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Competencies

1.Strong communication and presentation skills.
2.Proven experience in inside sales / outbound calling / B2C selling.
3.Target-driven with a passion for closing deals.4.Strong negotiation & persuasion abilities.5.Ability to handle objections and convert queries into successful sales.
