Sales & Estimation Engineer-HVAC

Role Overview: You will be responsible for HVAC sales and estimation, meeting with various stakeholders, preparing techno-commercial offers, finalizing orders, and supervising order execution. Additionally, you will develop detailed cost estimates for HVAC systems, analyze project specifications, coordinate with project managers, research pricing, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Experience in HVAC sales and Estimation - Meeting with MEP Contractors, Architects, Builders, Dealers, Vendors for commercial range of HVAC Product (VRF, Ductable, Cassette, Split, AHU) - Preparation of techno-commercial offers and submission to the clients - Final negotiation to finalize the orders - Supervising the execution of orders till the delivery of material to the customer - Developing detailed cost estimates for HVAC systems within commercial and residential projects - Analyzing project specifications, drawings, and documents to gather information and prepare accurate estimations - Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements - Researching and sourcing pricing for materials, labor, and equipment - Preparing and presenting estimates to management and clients - Identifying potential cost-saving opportunities and risks within project proposals - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on industry standards, advancements, and trends - Tracking and reporting on estimation metrics and project costs - Assisting in contract negotiations and subcontractor/vendor selections - Ensuring all estimates comply with technical specifications, safety standards, and company policies Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field - Proven experience in sales & cost estimation for HVAC projects - Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and design standards - Familiarity with estimating software and tools - Excellent analytical and mathematical skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in work - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Effective time management and organizational skills - Professional engineering license (PE) preferred Company Details: N/A,
