Role Overview:

Growth Investing is looking for a dynamic Zonal Channel Manager to build, onboard, and manage a strong distribution network across assigned zones.

• Sales/Targets Achievement
• Product Training and Seminars.
• Working with sub-brokers, wealth advisors, and channel partners to drive revenue through research-backed investment products.
• Responsible for expanding distribution network

Key Responsibilities:

• ⁠Onboard and manage sub-brokers, Authorized Persons (APs), and channel partners
• ⁠Train sub-brokers and their teams on Growth Investing’s investment products (Smallcase & research-led portfolios)
• ⁠Enable channel partners to sell effectively to retail investors
• ⁠Drive revenue growth through partner channels
• ⁠Build long-term, scalable relationships across the assigned zone
• ⁠Collaborate with internal teams to support partner success

Education:

⁠ ⁠Graduate /Masters

Skills

• ⁠Strong interest in capital markets and investing⁠
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Relationship management and partner-handling skills
• ⁠Comfortable with fieldwork and partner meetings

Experience:

• ⁠⁠0–3 years of experience in financial product distribution
• ⁠ ⁠Exposure to Mutual Funds, Smallcase, brokerage platforms, PMS/AIF, or wealth & investment products
