Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer/Sr. Engineer, based in the Greater Chennai Area, with some work from home options. The Sales Engineer/Sr. Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, engaging with customers to understand their needs, proposing suitable products and solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include developing sales strategies, delivering technical presentations, troubleshooting customer issues, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance product offerings and services.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
• Strong Sales and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field
• Prior experience in precision tools or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Willingness to travel as needed for customer visits and technical support
