The Role

You'll be the go-to expert for helping clients get value from our platform leading everything from initial onboarding through tool training and adoption. You'll also work cross-functionally with internal teams to make sure our internal and third-party tools are aligned with client needs.

What You'll Do

• Own the client onboarding process

  from kick-off to steady state guiding clients through setup, best practices, and success milestones.

• Deliver training sessions

  for client teams and internal stakeholders on both our platform and related third-party tools (e.g. audit automation, evidence tracking, ticketing, or communication tools).

• Partner with internal teams

  to gather feedback, identify adoption blockers, and refine onboarding playbooks.

• Support pre-sales conversations

  by demonstrating how our platform meets client compliance and operational needs.

• Manage internal tool configurations

  (25% of the role) that help our team deliver efficient, compliant client experiences.

What You'll Bring

• 35 years of experience in

  Sales Engineering, Implementation, or Client Success

  for a

  GRC (Governance-Risk-Compliance), RegTech, or SaaS

  product.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills you can simplify technical and compliance concepts for all audiences.
• Proven ability to work

  autonomously

  you take initiative, stay organized, and solve problems without a roadmap.
• Comfort juggling multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced, startup environment.
