Job Title: Sales Engineer
Experience: 23 years in B2B Sales / Business Development, preferably in Industrial Automation, Solutions, PLC, SCADA. IIOT, Industry 4.0, MES (Is required).
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Engineer to drive business growth across assigned territories. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute territory sales and marketing strategies.
Generate and manage new business opportunities with PSU and private clients.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and tender participation.
Manage customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams (Proposals, Estimation, Marketing, Sales Support) for smooth execution.
Track opportunities, update CRM records, and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
Achieve assigned business targets and ensure timely payment collection.
Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region (Compulsory)
Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented.
