Role & responsibilities

Ground-mounted Solar

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales efforts.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and network.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related Solar field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on ground-mounted solar power
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets of solar power in MW
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret sales data.
