Job Description

  1. Sales Strategy & Planning

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote plastic molding machines in both existing and new markets.
    • Set annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets and ensure their achievement.
    • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to adjust sales approaches accordingly.
  2. Client Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with products and services.
    • Identify new business opportunities and lead the efforts to acquire new customers.
    • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to clients, demonstrating product features and benefits.
  3. Team Leadership & Development

    • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
    • Provide training and support to sales representatives to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales environment.
  4. Sales Process Management

    • Oversee the preparation and delivery of accurate sales quotes, proposals, and product demonstrations.
    • Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering and production, to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring a smooth transition and customer satisfaction.
  5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

    • Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasts to senior management.
    • Track key performance metrics, analyze sales data, and make recommendations for process improvements.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress.
  6. Market Expansion

    • Identify potential new markets for plastic molding machines and develop strategies to enter those markets.
    • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to stay updated on industry trends and promote the companys products.
