Job Description

Expand market reach through networking, cold calling, customer visits, and marketing initiatives.
Scout, evaluate, and appoint direct industrial dealers in key industrial hubs within the region.
Manage and support Channel Partners & their sales teams to achieve business targets.
Establish and strengthen the product base across multiple industries including Process Industries, Steel, Cement, Chemicals, Metals, Textiles, Mining, Tyres, and Paper & Pulp.
Develop business cases for acquiring new customers and expanding market penetration.
Collect, compile, and analyze market intelligence & competitor data to identify business opportunities.
Generate and convert opportunities from existing and new customers; manage RFQs (Request for Quotation) responses and ensure timely closures.
Oversee Account Receivables & Debtors Management, ensuring timely collections.
Plan and execute regional activities such as exhibitions, customer engagement programs, and value proposition presentations.
Drive cross-selling initiatives by collaborating with engineering, marketing, and other internal teams.
Handle customer complaints, ensuring prompt resolution through effective coordination with relevant departments.

This job involves travel.
