Dry All

Key Responsibilities

  • Channel Development:

    Develop and implement structured programs to appoint and manage wholesalers across India, ensuring strong market presence and revenue growth.
  • Market Expansion & Awareness:

    Plan and execute technical sessions across India and abroad to enhance Dry All product awareness among SSI OEMs and contractors.
  • Sales & Application Strategy:

    Develop and optimize field sales and application engineering teams for maximum effectiveness.
  • Pricing & Rebate Planning:

    Design innovative pricing structures and annual rebate plans to drive sales growth and ensure full product range availability across wholesalers.
  • Brand Visibility:

    Ensure effective POP displays and consistent visibility of Dry All products across all retail and wholesale channels.
  • Key Account Management (OEMs):

    Manage key OEM accounts from product qualification and negotiation to building strong multi-functional relationships.
  • Financial Management:

    Achieve sales targets, monitor cash flows, and ensure timely collections.
  • Global Sales Strategy:

    Develop and implement robust international sales strategies to expand Dry Alls global footprint.
  • Marketing & Brand Development:

    Strengthen brand presence through social media, e-blasts, press releases, website engagement, trade shows, and product training sessions.
  • Team Leadership & Development:

    Foster a collaborative team culture, focusing on performance management, skill enhancement, and future capability building.

Authority

  • Authorized to meet and engage customers directly to discuss Dry All products.
  • Empowered to target and develop new customers in any territory.
  • Authorized to share relevant sales data to assist customers with growth insights.
  • Authorized to handle customer complaints and provide solutions.
  • Authorized to share product and performance data as needed for business development.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Marketing / Business Management (MBA preferred).
  • 2-5 years of experience in industrial or HVAC-R sales & marketing.
  • Proven experience in channel development, OEM handling, and sales team management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel across India and internationally.
