Sales Engineer Retail Instrumentation Products

Role Overview: You are a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer responsible for managing and expanding TMCI Technology Pvt. Ltd."s retail instrumentation business in the Kerala region. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining strong relationships with resellers, dealers, and regular customers. You will work towards achieving sales targets, expanding retail market share, and ensuring superior customer satisfaction. Your role aligns with TMCIs mission of delivering innovative and reliable solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with resellers, dealers, and regular customers. - Promote and sell TMCIs wide range of Test & Measurement and Instrumentation products. - Achieve sales targets and expand retail market share in Kerala. - Conduct technical discussions, presentations, and product demonstrations. - Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction. - Identify new business opportunities and contribute to channel expansion. - Track competitor activities and market trends to refine sales strategies. - Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales service. - Prepare accurate sales reports and customer records. - Plan, organize, and participate in events, exhibitions, and promotional activities. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, or related field preferred). - 13 years of experience in sales, preferably in instrumentation, automation, or industrial equipment. - Good technical understanding of Test & Measurement and Instrumentation products. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to travel extensively within Kerala. - Self-motivated, customer-focused, and target-driven. - Male candidate preferred (due to extensive travel and field responsibilities). - Home location: Kochi (candidate should be based in or around Kochi for easy travel within Kerala).
