Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer to manage and expand our retail instrumentation business in the Kerala region. The candidate will focus on handling resellers, dealers, and regular customers, while ensuring strong sales performance, superior customer satisfaction, and alignment with TMCI’s mission of delivering innovative and reliable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with resellers, dealers, and regular customers. Promote and sell TMCI’s wide range of Test & Measurement and Instrumentation products. Achieve sales targets and expand retail market share in Kerala. Conduct technical discussions, presentations, and product demonstrations. Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to channel expansion. Track competitor activities and market trends to refine sales strategies. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales service. Prepare accurate sales reports and customer records. Ensure timely payment collection & follow-up with customers. Plan, organize, and participate in events, exhibitions, and promotional activities. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, or related field preferred). 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in instrumentation, automation, or industrial equipment. Good technical understanding of Test & Measurement and Instrumentation products. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to travel extensively within Kerala. Self-motivated, customer-focused, and target-driven. Male candidate preferred (due to extensive travel and field responsibilities).
