Sales Engineer Residential Projects

You are responsible for: - Identifying and generating leads for residential rooftop solar projects through field visits, partner networks, and digital inquiries - Understanding customer requirements, conducting site assessments, and preparing technical-commercial proposals - Coordinating with the Project Manager and execution team to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction - Managing documentation for MNRE/DISCOM subsidy schemes and assisting customers with application processes - Maintaining regular client communication and reporting project progress to the management team - Utilizing Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Calendar, Meet) for daily task coordination and reporting - Being ready to travel or relocate across any part of North-East India as per project requirements Preferred Qualifications: - B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering - 3-5 years of experience in Solar Sales or Project Execution, preferably in residential or rooftop solar projects - Familiarity with solar design tools (Helioscope, SolarDesignTool, PVSOL, etc.) - Strong understanding of MNRE, DISCOM & Net Metering processes - Excellent negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills About the Company: Eastvolt Energy is one of Northeast India's leading Solar EPC and Manufacturing companies, empowering homes with clean, efficient, and affordable solar solutions.
