Sales Engineer (m/f/d), Factory Automation

As a Sales Engineer at Pepperl+Fuchs, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by understanding customer needs, providing technical solutions, and effectively articulating the value of our products or services. Your expertise will be essential in communicating technical information to customers, developing relationships, and building trust. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assess customer needs and provide expert technical consultation to determine the best fit for P+F products. - Generate new sales leads, develop new customers, and accounts for the assigned region. - Conduct technical/commercial presentations and demonstrations as required for customers. - Collaborate with internal teams to gather technical requirements and ensure successful implementation of solutions. - Execute business management activities with Sales Distributors effectively. - Maintain and build relationships with existing customers and accounts, creating new value. **Qualification Required:** - Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent. - Minimum 4 to 5 years of working experience in an industrial sales environment. - Experience in using/selling industrial automation products would be advantageous. - Proficient in English (written and spoken) and fluency in Hindi & Punjabi. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Familiarity with CRM and sales management tools highly regarded. - Capable of working both in a team and independently. - Willingness to travel outstation frequently for business purposes.
