Sales Engineer (Metrology)

You will be a key member of our Metrology team as a Sales and Service Engineer, where your technical expertise and motivation will be crucial. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting, installing, maintaining, and supporting precision measurement equipment and systems in various industries such as automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, and research. Sales Responsibilities: - Your primary task will be to promote and sell metrology equipment to industrial clients, including CMMs, laser trackers, 3D scanners, and optical systems. - You will be expected to identify customer needs and suggest suitable measurement solutions, building and nurturing relationships with both new and existing customers. - Conducting product demonstrations, delivering technical presentations, preparing proposals, and following up on sales leads will also be part of your responsibilities. - Collaboration with the marketing team for campaigns and trade shows is essential to enhance our market presence. Service Responsibilities: - Another key aspect of your role will involve installing, calibrating, and commissioning metrology equipment at customer sites. - You will be responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and providing training to end users on equipment operation and software like PC-DMIS, PolyWorks, and Zeiss CALYPSO. - Offering remote and on-site technical support, maintaining service reports, and accurately documenting customer interactions will be crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer and in Metrology. Proficiency in English is preferred, and the job is full-time and permanent, offering benefits like health insurance and Provident Fund.
