Sales Responsibilities: - Your primary task will be to promote and sell metrology equipment to industrial clients, including CMMs, laser trackers, 3D scanners, and optical systems. - You will be expected to identify customer needs and suggest suitable measurement solutions, building and nurturing relationships with both new and existing customers. - Conducting product demonstrations, delivering technical presentations, preparing proposals, and following up on sales leads will also be part of your responsibilities. - Collaboration with the marketing team for campaigns and trade shows is essential to enhance our market presence. Service Responsibilities: - Another key aspect of your role will involve installing, calibrating, and commissioning metrology equipment at customer sites. - You will be responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and providing training to end users on equipment operation and software like PC-DMIS, PolyWorks, and Zeiss CALYPSO. - Offering remote and on-site technical support, maintaining service reports, and accurately documenting customer interactions will be crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer and in Metrology.
