Role & responsibilities Strongly Knowledge of ZEISS Calypso CMM with self-depended for Preparation of CMM Program Core knowledge in MSA, SPC, Calibration, Product Layout, Drawing Understanding etc Gauge & Fixture CMM Inspection Activity. Instrument awareness like VC, Profile projector, HRC, UTM Contribution in IATF 16949:2016 Audit Related to Calibration Activity MSA, SPC, Product Layout etc. Core Knowledge in GD&T Symbol. Basic Awareness of English reading studying. Able to interpret technical drawings and quality standards. Knowledge of 5S practices and workplace organization. Preferred candidate profile 1. Minimum 3 years of experience in the CMM Std Room, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive. 2.Proficient in using quality inspection tools and instruments: Vernier Calliper (Manual/Digital) Micrometre Height Gauge UTM, Profile Projector, HRC
