The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and providing technical expertise in manpower supply solutions for the oil and gas industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Growth : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving sales growth and revenue expansion for manpower supply services. 2. Customer Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their manpower needs and providing tailored solutions. 3. Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to customers, ensuring that manpower supply solutions meet their specific requirements. 4. Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies. 5. Proposal Development: Develop and deliver high-quality proposals, tenders, and presentations to win new business and expand existing relationships. Skills and Qualifications: 1. Experience: Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role within the oil and gas industry in UAE. 2. Manpower Supply Expertise: Knowledge of manpower supply solutions, including recruitment, training, and workforce management. 3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 4.
